Festive Kitchen products are made from scratch using shared equipment which processes dairy, eggs, peanuts, soy, tree nuts and wheat. If you have a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free kitchen.

Please note: All of our orders are scheduled to be delivered Tuesday–Friday no matter which shipping option is selected. We do not offer delivery on Saturday–Monday. All orders are prepared for shipment on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday* of each week (except holidays) and generally arrive within 1–3 days depending on transit time for your specific location.
  • Orders placed by 8 a.m. Central time on Monday, will ship that day.
  • Orders placed by 8 a.m. Central time on Tuesday, will ship that day.
  • Orders placed by 8 a.m. Central time on Wednesday, will ship that day.
  • Orders placed after 8 a.m. Central time on Wednesday and before 8 a.m. Central time the following Monday will ship on that Monday.
*In rare instances, generally due to weather-related complications, we will hold orders to be shipped at a later date. At this time, we are unable to offer international shipping. If you spend more than $75 in a single order, we offer free UPS Ground. This is not expedited shipping, so please plan accordingly.

When is the last possible time I can order for delivery on a specific day?
